#2. The most recent and popular blog posts. This is my favorite creative way to use my email signature, and I only recently started doing it. My signature now includes a few links to both my most recent and most popular blog posts. Here's an example of an email I sent to my literary agent.

A sentence or two in your email signature is enough to promote your book; a paragraph or more is excessive.
